Limited Spots Available — March 2026

Your deck is ready. But is it ready
for the room where decisions get made?

Investors make pre-selection decisions in under 90 seconds. They don't give feedback. They just move on.

Investor Ready is the only review that simulates exactly how decision-makers, gatekeepers, and investment committees think — so you get the meeting instead of the silence.

The Question Every Founder Should Ask

How many investors have you met so far — and how many of them gave you real feedback on your deck?

The reality of fundraising is brutal: most investors will give you a yes or a no. At best, a vague reason why they're not moving forward. They will not take 20 minutes to tell you your market slide is wrong or your unit economics are missing. They don't have the time, and it's not their job.

That silence is not neutral. It compounds. Every investor meeting you walk into with the same unreviewed deck is another opportunity lost — and you'll never know why. This service exists to break that cycle before it starts.

The Service

All documents reviewed in one engagement.
One coherent, investor-ready story.

Most founders get their pitch deck reviewed in isolation. Investors don't see it in isolation — they cross-reference everything. One inconsistency across your deck, teaser, and website raises doubt. This review covers all of it, in one engagement.

The Gap No AI Can Close

AI can structure a deck.
It cannot simulate an investor's mind.

Generative AI has never sat in an investment committee. It doesn't know how a gatekeeper weighs risk before a board meeting, or how fast a weak market slide ends the conversation. That judgment only comes from having been in the room.

What AI gives you
  • A formatted deck that follows generic templates
  • Language optimised for readability, not decisions
  • No cross-document consistency check
  • No understanding of how risk is weighted in a committee
  • Zero pattern recognition from real investment outcomes
What Investor Ready gives you
  • A simulation of how a gatekeeper actually pre-selects
  • Your story translated into investor decision-making language
  • Cross-document consistency — deck, teaser, website, notes
  • Risk framing that anticipates questions before they're asked
  • Expertise from 300+ real business plan evaluations and investment committees
Example Pitfalls Most Founders Are Not Aware Of

These are among the most frequent mistakes in investor materials — and there are many more.

Pitfall 01

Product features over problem validation

Founders lead with what their product does instead of proving the problem is real, urgent, and large enough to matter. Investors don't fund features. They fund solutions to validated pain.

Pitfall 02

Wrong market data, wrong conclusion

TAM/SAM/SOM figures that are too large to be credible, unsourced, or not bottom-up validated. A single weak market slide can end the conversation before it begins.

Pitfall 03

Missing unit economics

No CAC, no LTV, no payback period — or numbers that don't add up across documents. Experienced investors will find the gap. If you don't address it first, they won't ask. They'll pass.

Who This Is For

Built for founders serious about
their next funding round.

Seed-stage founders

Preparing your first institutional raise and need to know your materials will survive pre-selection — not just look good to fellow founders.

Series A founders

You've raised before, but the bar is higher now. The deck that worked at pre-seed will not close a Series A with sophisticated investors.

Any industry

Tech, SaaS, deeptech, healthtech, fintech, consumer — investor logic is industry-agnostic. The criteria for a compelling pitch are universal.

Founders with silent rejections

You've sent decks. You've had meetings. You keep hearing “not the right time” or nothing at all. Something isn't landing. This finds out what.

What Founders Say

Results, in their own words.

“Fantastic notes — very helpful. I am really happy I got your eyes on my pitch. Best investment ever. I genuinely feel like you took the pitch and our investor document further than I could have on my own. I am completely satisfied even without using the full call time.”
Nikolaj — Vievo Media, Denmark
“She reviewed our pitch deck from a business perspective, advising us on how to address potential investors' questions. She then connected us with a VC in the USA and an angel investor in Austria, which led to valuable conversations and insights. I consider her a highly pleasant and competent professional and can highly recommend her.”
Maximilian — HiveNet, Germany
“Asli provided tremendous strategic support during a critical phase. She helped us refine our value proposition and bring much greater clarity to our financial planning. Thanks to her guidance, we were able to move our investor conversations forward in a much more structured and confident way. She brings a unique strategic perspective and she shares her insights generously.”

Questions

Everything you need to know.

What documents should I include?
Up to 5 items: pitch deck, investor one-pager or teaser, website URL, presentation speaking notes, and financial model or assumptions. The more complete your submission, the more specific the feedback. All shared via Google Drive.
What stage should I be at?
Built for founders actively preparing for seed or Series A. You should have existing materials — even drafts.
Can I submit an NDA before sharing documents?
Yes. You are welcome to send a non-disclosure agreement for signature before sharing any materials. This is a straightforward step and will not delay the 48-hour review clock once document access is confirmed.
Can I split the support call into two sessions?
Yes. Many founders prefer a deep dive immediately after receiving feedback, then a second session once they've implemented the changes — for a final polish before approaching investors. Both within 60 days of feedback delivery.
Why are spots limited?
Each engagement receives genuine senior-level attention. Limiting the number of reviews per month ensures the quality of feedback matches the expertise being offered. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are not held without payment.
What is the refund policy?
Given that the intellectual value is delivered in the review itself, there is no standard refund. However, I will make sure all questions are addressed within our scheduled founder support calls.
